Established to provide for charitable purposes in South Bend and Mishawaka, Indiana, including care for the aged and needy, spiritual activities for the infirm or shut-ins, seminary training for new priests in the diocese and development of shared faculty in elementary/secondary schools to provide curricula not provided in a school on its own.
