We are proud to share that our Chief Executive Officer, Mackenzie L. Ritchie, CFRE, has been appointed to the Steering Committee of the Consortium of Catholic Foundations, a national network advancing Catholic philanthropy across the United States. Her three-year term will begin in July 2026.

The Consortium of Catholic Foundations serves as a collaborative body of Catholic foundations committed to strengthening the Church’s philanthropic mission through shared resources, innovation, and leadership. Its membership includes more than 60 Catholic foundation CEOs representing 31 states, reflecting a broad range of dioceses, regions, and local needs

As a member of the Steering Committee, Mackenzie will help guide national initiatives, contribute to strategic conversations around emerging technologies and best practices, and support the planning and execution of the Consortium’s annual CEO conference.

“This appointment reflects Mackenzie’s strong leadership and strategic insight,” said Lauren Denton, Board Chair for CCFNEI. “It gives our Foundation a structured way to represent local needs in national discussions and to apply tested strategies that strengthen our service to parishes, schools, and ministries here at home.”

Mackenzie has served as our CEO since February 2024. She brings extensive experience in philanthropy, strategic communications, and nonprofit leadership, with a strong focus on building donor relationships and supporting long-term organizational growth. Prior to joining our Foundation, she held development and communications leadership roles in diocesan, educational, and missionary organizations.
