Foundation Administrator
The Catholic Community Foundation of Northeast Indiana is seeking a mission-driven, detail-oriented Foundation Administrator to help steward more than $80 million in charitable assets across 300+ funds supporting Catholic parishes, schools, ministries, donors, and communities throughout northeast Indiana.
This full-time, Fort Wayne role is an opportunity to lead essential Foundation operations, including gift and fund administration, grant payments, financial workflows, Foundant CommunitySuite, data systems, governance records, payroll/HR administration, and Board committee support.
We welcome applicants with experience in operations, accounting or finance administration, banking, fund administration, nonprofit administration, or professional services.

Foundation Services Manager
The Catholic Community Foundation of Northeast Indiana is seeking a Foundation Services Manager to further our philanthropic mission by providing high-level executive support for the Foundation’s next stage of growth.
This new role combines executive support, Board and committee coordination, project management, relationship coordination, and emerging competitive grantmaking administration. Working closely with the CEO and a small, collaborative team, the Foundation Services Manager will help establish the systems, rhythms, and responsive service that enable the Foundation each day to manage more than $80 million in charitable assets and grant nearly $3 million annually to Catholic parishes, schools, and ministries in 14 counties.
We welcome applicants with experience in executive or nonprofit administration, project management, grants, relationship or client service, event and meeting coordination, or related fields.
